Mother chops son into pieces and boils body parts
"On Wednesday 19th July around 4pm after hacking her son into pieces, she stuffed the body pieces in the saucepan and boiled them, claiming that she felt like eating meat," he said.
A mother in Yumbe district was arrested and charged in courts of law following a horrific incident in which she chopped up her 4-months son into pieces and boiled his body parts.
According to police spokesperson Fred Enanga, the territorial police in northwest Nile region and Yumbe district, charged Nandio Manjubo, a mother aged 22, for this horrific murder of her son Angelo Bbuga.-
“On Wednesday 19th July around 4pm after hacking her son into pieces, she stuffed the body pieces in the saucepan and boiled them, claiming that she felt like eating meat,” he said.
The suspect according to Enanga was charged and appeared before Yumbe Court on Friday 21st July for Murder, and later remanded to Yumbe prison.
Enanga described the murder of the 4-months baby as horrific and pleaded to mothers that however much they may be facing domestic challenges, it shouldn’t drive them to killing their own children.
Police called upon mother to liaise with its child and family protection Unit, to be helped when it comes to challenges of families.
