TWICE’s Jeongyeon leaves JYP, assures fans of continuity

TWICE member Jeongyeon has announced her departure from JYP Entertainment after years with the agency, saying she is ready to begin a new chapter while remaining committed to TWICE.
In a heartfelt letter shared with fans, Jeongyeon described JYP Entertainment as her “second home” since her teenage years, where she built lasting memories and grew as an artist.
She thanked the agency, her fellow TWICE members, and the group’s fanbase, known as ONCE, for their support and for giving her the courage to move forward.
Jeongyeon reassured fans that leaving JYP Entertainment would not affect her dedication to TWICE, saying the group remains the centre of her life and that standing before ONCE as a TWICE member will always be her priority.
She said she will continue preparing for new challenges while working hard both as TWICE’s Jeongyeon and as Yoo Jeongyeon, promising to create more memories with fans in the future.
