UNEB sets date to release UACE results

The 2022 UACE results will be the last set of national exams to be released, following the PLE and UCE results which were released earlier in the month.

Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) has revealed that the results for the 2022 Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) examinations will be released on Friday, February 24, 2023.

Like in the recent examination releases, the results will be announced from the State House, Nakasero in Kampala. The First Lady, who is also the Minister of Education and Sports, is expected to preside over the event.

The 2022 UACE results will be the last set of national exams to be released, following the PLE and UCE results which were released earlier in the month.

UNEB statistics show that a total of 97,890 students registered for the exams in 2022, which is slightly lower than the 98,392 students who sat for the same examinations in 2020.

Of these, 17,319 candidates were sponsored by the government under the Universal Post O’level education programme.
