Ebola outbreak: Museveni to address nation
On Sunday, the minister of health, Dr Jane Ruth Aceng, told the country that the virus had crossed the Nile and a fatal case had been registered in Jinja district.
President Yoweri Museveni will tomorrow, Tuesday 15th November 2022, update the nation on the current status of the Ebola outbreak in the country.
The country declared an Ebola Virus Disease (Sudan variant) outbreak on September 2022 in the Mubende district. The virus has since spread to other districts like Bunyangabo, Kyenjojo, Kagadi, Kassanda, Masaka and Kampala.
