FUFA Bails Out She Corporate FC With Air Tickets To CAF Champions League Engagement
The She Corporate FC left the country today morning for the football engagement in Tanzania this weekend.
The Federation of Uganda Football Associations (FUFA) has supported Uganda FUFA Women Super League Champions She Corporate FC to travel to to Tanzania for the CAF Women’s Club Champions League Zonal Qualifiers (CECAFA).
The Federation’s Spokesperson Ahmed Hussein Marsha said FUFA paid tickets for a contingent of 25 people. The decision to support the teams was taken by the FUFA Executive Committee in 2017, Hussein said.
This year, FUFA will extend the same support to BUL FC and Vipers SC when their club Continental duties start, Hussein Added. “FUFA will meet the costs of air tickets for as far as they can go in their respective Competitions,” he revealed.
In the past, Hussein said, Vipers SC, Proline FC, URA FC, KCCA FC, Lady Doves and Express FC have been beneficiaries.
