The latest victim is a businessman of Indian origin who has been shot dead near Raja Chambers on Parliamentary Avenue in Kampala City.
While the victim is yet to be officially identified, emerging reports say he operates a money-lending business called Yako Bank on Raja Chambers.
Police have since cordoned off the crime scene pending investigations.
