President Yoweri Museveni has today appointed Democratic Party’s President General Norbert Mao as Minister of Justice & Constitutional Affairs; a day after the two political leaders signed a working cooperation agreement.
The signing ceremony which took place at State House, Entebbe brought to an end the political animosity between Museveni’s National Resistance Movement (NRM) and Mao’s Democratic Party. With this new found love, the public was expecting such an appointment.
