Victoria University offers S4 leavers a second chance with technical skills training

Victoria University has unveiled a new opportunity for Senior Four (S4) leavers who missed out on A-Level admission, providing them with a second chance to pursue a successful career through hands-on technical skills training.

In a social media announcement, the university encouraged students to enroll in its Institute of Advanced Technical Studies, emphasizing that practical skills can open doors to rewarding careers.

“Didn’t get A-Level admission? No worries! You can still build a successful career with hands-on technical skills! Enroll at Victoria University’s Institute of Advanced Technical Studies today,” the university posted.

Dr. Lawrence Muganga, the Vice Chancellor, reassured S4 graduates that missing A-Level does not mark the end of their education.

“At Victoria University’s Institute of Advanced Technical Studies, we provide an exciting opportunity to continue your studies and gain practical, hands-on skills essential for success in today’s competitive job market,” he wrote on X (formerly Twitter).

With the application deadline set for February 28, Dr. Muganga urged students to apply and encouraged the public to spread the word so that no one is left behind.
