Known for his extremely fast rap delivery and energetic stage performances, the Bwaise-born artist continues to stand out in Uganda’s hip-hop industry.

Da Agent began rapping while still in school, taking part in freestyle sessions around Bwaise before turning professional in 2015.

His unique “Lugaflo Lufula” style quickly caught the attention of hip-hop fans, with many describing him as one of the fastest rappers in Uganda.

Over the years, he has released a number of songs that helped grow his audience, including Njukunju, Baliwa, Ngalo Ngalo, One Day and Bamungamba.

His music blends hip-hop with Luganda and local urban sounds, something that has helped him build a loyal following among fans of Ugandan rap.

The rapper has also maintained a strong online presence through his DA AGENT OFFICIAL YouTube channel, where he regularly releases music videos and new projects.

His work has earned him recognition at several local music awards. In 2016, he won Best LugaFlow/Rap Song at the Zzina Awards before winning Best LugaFlow/Rap Artist in both 2017 and 2018.

He was also named Central Rapper of the Year at the UG Hip Hop Awards in 2017 and received recognition in the Teeniez Hood Rapper category at the Buzz Teeniez Awards the same year.

Beyond music, Da Agent has often been praised for promoting Buganda culture through Lugaflo. He has previously performed at events attended by the Kabaka of Buganda, Ronald Muwenda Mutebi II.

Despite the changing trends in Uganda’s music industry, Da Agent has remained active and consistent, continuing to represent Lugaflo at a time when many young artists are shifting to other genres.

With new music expected in the coming months, the rapper continues to show why he remains one of the respected names in Uganda’s hip-hop movement.
