“Some people are dying in their jobs and they cannot resign,” he said. He explained that sometimes all you need is to resign from a job that is killing you inside or that is not giving you the gratification you need.
“You can be holding on something good and missing out on the best,” Dr Burale said on why everyone needs to evaluate their careers. You need to reignite your taste buds, he said.
He said the conference will be ‘punchy and powerful’ and that he will say ‘stuff’ that will help employers and corporations ‘to build the best for their employees.’
