At around 1130 last night while coming from a meeting in Mbuya
a lorry driver circumvented CDF's lead car with its lights and GB siren on and headed for the principle's car which he hit.
Soldiers opened fire deflating the attacking or aggressive lorry

According to the information shared by Defence Spokesman of Uganda Land Defence Forces (UPDF) on his official twitter account, a lorry driver circumvented Chief of Defence Forces lead car with its lights and siren and headed for the principles car which he hit it.
