Kyabazinga Pays Courtesy Visit To Speaker Among’s Residence After Conquering Kagulu Hill

The reigning Kyabazinga of Busoga His Royal Highness William Gabula Nadiope IV stepped in his shoes and passed by the speaker’s residence in Buyende District.

The Kyabazinga, the cultural ruler of Busoga Kingdom, was in Buyende district to take part in the regular Kagulu Rock Climbing Challenge. Thousands of revelers turned up to climb the beautiful hill.

The Isebantu was warmly welcomed and hosted by Hon. Anitah Among at her home in Budiope East constituency represented in parliament by Hon. Moses Magogo.

Pointing out that since Budiope East is represented by Among’s beloved husband, one can assert that maybe the King had gone to congratulate the couple upon fulfilling their marriage vows just concluded recently.

But according to Among the visit was aiming discussions on unity and socio-economic transformation of the Busoga region.

Following statements pinned on her Twitter handle, the speaker says that they had a fruitful discussion with Kyabazinga on how they can work together to push the development agenda of the kingdom and support initiatives to eradicate poverty  in this beautiful kingdom.

Among further thanked all the elected leaders who joined them for this significant engagement with the Kyabazinga.

“When we work together with cultural institutions, we can achieve amazing things,” Amongi added.
