Chelsea winger Mykhailo Mudryk has announced that the four-year ban imposed on him has been overturned, allowing him to return to football with immediate effect.

Mudryk maintained that he never knowingly or intentionally used any banned substance and said his commitment to fair competition and professional conduct had always remained a priority.
“This has been the most difficult period of my career,” Mudryk said. “I have never knowingly or intentionally taken any banned substance. My commitment to competing fairly and representing my club and country with professionalism and integrity has always been important to me.”
The forward thanked his family, friends, legal team, Chelsea teammates, club staff and supporters for standing by him throughout the process.
Mudryk, who joined Chelsea from Shakhtar Donetsk in January 2023, said his focus now turns to returning to action, working hard and contributing positively on the pitch.
“I look forward to the next chapter of my career,” he added.
