Uganda examinations board launches client service publications to improve service delivery
The three publications, the Client Service Charter, Corporate Profile, and Service Delivery Standards Framework, were unveiled during the UNEB Lower Managers’ Retreat held at Hotel Africa on 22 July 2026.

The Executive Director of the Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB), Dan Odongo, has launched a set of client-based publications aimed at improving service delivery and strengthening relations with UNEB stakeholders.
The three publications, the Client Service Charter, Corporate Profile, and Service Delivery Standards Framework, were unveiled during the UNEB Lower Managers’ Retreat held at Hotel Africa on 22 July 2026.
The Client Service Charter outlines UNEB’s commitment to providing quality services, while defining the rights and responsibilities of clients, expected service standards, and procedures for handling complaints.
Odongo said the charter will serve as a tool to measure the Board’s effectiveness in service delivery and guide continuous improvement in serving clients.
UNEB committed to delivering high-quality services based on accountability, confidentiality, teamwork, innovation, and professionalism, supported by a competent workforce dedicated to meeting clients’ expectations.
