After 10 years of transformative networking worth Shs200bn, BNI Uganda sets new ambitious goals
Since its inception, BNI Uganda has grown into a dynamic and structured referral-based networking organization, connecting hundreds of business professionals and entrepreneurs across Uganda.

BNI Uganda has rolled out activities to mark its 10-year anniversary celebrations, a period in which they have passed a remarkable Shs200bn in business value among members. With this success, BNI Uganda says the last years have been years of transformative business networking, collaboration, and growth. A demonstration of the power of structured networking to drive real economic impact.
Under the “BEYOND” theme, BNI 10-Year Celebration Activities media engagements, members dinner, community outreach initiatives by chapters, monthly networking campaigns across all chapters, and a digital campaign sharing BNI stories and the BNI East African Convention on 8th August 2025.
Since its inception, BNI Uganda has grown into a dynamic and structured referral-based networking organization, connecting hundreds of business professionals and entrepreneurs across Uganda.
Under the 2025 theme “BEYOND,” BNI Uganda is setting its sights on ambitious new goals, including growing its current membership of 586 to 1,000 members by the end of the year.
“We closed 2024 with 570 members. Our goal for 2025 is to grow our community to 1,000 members,” Diana Ninsiima Kibuuka, the National Director of BNI Uganda, remarked, adding, “But BEYOND is more than numbers; it’s a call to push past our limits, innovate, strengthen relationships, and explore new horizons together. What got us here may not take us forward. It’s time to evolve and grow as a community.”
Blair Atwebembeire, of Blair & Co Advocates BNI Uganda, testified that being part of BNI offers a range of valuable benefits. “It has facilitated new connections for me by bringing together diverse service providers under one roof, fostering a rich environment for networking. Members include providers of financial literacy training, business coaching, architecture and engineering services, car sales, legal services, baking schools, cleaning services, estate management, and much more.
