UBL Names Image Registrars As Their Share Registrar
The development was announced by Ms. Agnes Ssali, UBL Company Secretary who said that the appointment takes effect from 1st July 2022.
Uganda Breweries Limited (UBL) Monday announced the appointment of Image Registrars Limited as their Share Registrar. Established in 1993, Image Registrars provides company secretarial and shares registration services.
The development was announced by Ms. Agnes Ssali, UBL Company Secretary who said that the appointment takes effect from 1st July 2022.
“UBL wishes to notify its esteemed shareholders, the general investor community and the public of the appointment Image Registrars Limited as UBL’s Share Registrar with effect from 1st July 2022,”
“All shareholder queries, application(s) for registration of transfer of shares of in UBL, dividend claims, issuance, cancelation and re-issuance of dividend cheques/payments and any other share registration services should be lodged with Image Registrars Limited from the effective date,” she added.
Last week, UBL was recognized by President Museveni and the Uganda Export Promotion Board as a leading company in export promotion and import substitution. Museveni, at the President’s Export Award Ceremony at Imperial Royale Hotel, was represented by 3rd Deputy Prime Minister Lukia Isanga Nakadama.
