UNOC’s Nabbanja secures African Woman in Energy Trailblazer Award, highlights Uganda’s role in global energy transition

In a significant recognition of her leadership and impact on the African energy landscape, Proscovia Nabbanja, the Chief Executive Officer of the Uganda National Oil Company (UNOC), has been awarded the prestigious African Woman in Energy Trailblazer Award at the inaugural Africa Technology Conference.
The award, presented by the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) Africa Region in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, celebrates Nabbanja’s exceptional contributions to the energy sector and her role in pioneering progress in Africa.
