Why security has been heightened at Salim Saleh’s home in Buziga
Salim Saleh, a powerful and refined soldier, has for a while been out of the public eye prodding Ugandans to speculate about his health status – many have said he was terminal ill.
Heavy military and police personnel have reportedly been deployed at the home of President Gen Yoweri Museveni’s young brother Gen Caleb Akandwanaho also known by his moniker Salim Saleh this morning.
Salim Saleh, a powerful and refined soldier, has for a while been out of the public eye prodding Ugandans to speculate about his health status – many have said he was terminally ill.
The public speculation regarding his health was even further fueled by this continued silence. Salim Saleh has ignored the public outcry by refusing to come out of his hiding. Not even his false death announcements lured him to come out and reassure the public of his safety and well-being.
But today, according to The Inspector, an online publication, Salim Saleh will reportedly attend the giveaway of one of his many daughters at his home in Buziga, Makindye Division, in Kampala City.
Perhaps, this explains the heavy military deployment at the posh home because many high-ranking government and military officers will attend the traditional marriage ceremony.
