The State House Investors Protection Unit has hosted Vincent Anigbogu, the Founder of I.N.T (Institute of National Transformation), for a high-level engagement focused on leadership, discipline, productivity and institutional excellence.
During the interaction with staff, Prof. Anigbogu shared insights on transformational leadership and emphasized the importance of integrity, professionalism and accountability in building strong and effective institutions.
He challenged staff members to embrace ethical conduct, purpose-driven service and result-oriented leadership, noting that disciplined and value-driven individuals are critical to national transformation.
Prof. Anigbogu also recommended the book Good to Great by Jim Collins as essential reading for staff, highlighting what he described as its three core pillars: discipline, competence and placement.
According to him, employees should strive to become disciplined individuals, continuously strengthen their expertise and position themselves where their skills and knowledge can have the greatest impact on institutional growth and development.
The session was also attended by Robert Matsiko, a local investor and proprietor of Numa Feeds Ltd.
Officials from SHIPU said the engagement forms part of the institution’s broader commitment to nurturing a productive, disciplined and transformational workforce capable of delivering effective service to investors and the public.
