Kampala’s hospitality and nightlife landscape is set for a fresh upscale addition as Spices & Sizzler Lounge Restaurant prepares to unveil its new rooftop offering, the “Champagne and Bubbles” experience, on Saturday, 2 May 2026.

Branded around the theme “Raise Your Glass to Elegance,” the new concept is designed to position the venue as one of the city’s emerging premium social destinations, offering guests a curated champagne experience under the open sky.

The launch reflects a growing shift in Kampala’s urban leisure culture, where rooftop lounges and experiential dining are increasingly replacing traditional nightlife formats.

The trend has been driven by a rising middle class and young professionals seeking more refined, visually engaging, and social-media-friendly spaces for relaxation and networking.
