UNEB to release PLE results on Thursday

A total of 749,347 pupils sat for PLE in 2023, including 391,558 females and 357,789 males.

Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) is set to release the Primary Leaving Examinations (PLE) results on Thursday, January 25, 2024, this website has learnt.

The Minister of Education and Sports Janet Museveni, also the First Lady of Uganda, will officiate and release the examination results at State House Nakasero at 11:00 am.

On January 24, 2024, UNEB will brief the Minister of Education about the performance of learners before the results are released to the public.

After the results are released, the selection exercise will then commence.

The Senior One selection exercise is usually conducted at UMA where schools select candidates for their respective schools depending on the set cut-off points.
