Susan Nsibirwa appointed Nation Media Group Managing Director in Uganda
Nsibirwa replaces Tony Glencross who will be leaving the company on December 22, 2023.
Susan Nsibirwa has been appointed as Nation Media Group (NMG) Managing Director effective January 2, 2024, Charmar News has learnt.
Nsibirwa replaces Tony Glencross who will be leaving the company on December 22, 2023.
According to the Group CEO Stephen Gitama, Nsibirwa will be responsible for leading Monitor Publications Limited (MPL), the East African and Africa Broadcasting (U) Limited (the broadcasting company that operates NTV Uganda and Spark TV to deliver their long term strategy, business plans and annual performance targets.

About Nsibirwa
She will be joining NMG from Ayiva Consulting solutions where she is currently the managing Director. She previously worked for URGE-Uganda, Vision Group, MTN Uganda and dfcu Bank among others.
Nsibirwa is a marketing and communications professional with over twenty five yearsof experience with fifteen years in senior executive roles successfully leading corporate, marketing and communications teamsand departments across diverse industries.
She also has proven experience in successfully implementing strategic corporate social responsibility programs and crisis management plans.
She is a holder of a Master of Business Administration from the University of Nicosia, Cyprus and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Makerere Univeristy
