Men in drone car abduct Joseph Kabuleta

Journalist and former presidential candidate, Joseph Kabuleta, has been abducted and forced into a drone car. Kabuleta, a strong critic of the regime was reportedly abducted Kulubya Avenue in Kampala.

Former Presidential candidate, Joseph Kabuleta, was reportedly arrested from Kulubya Avenue in Kampala, forced into a drone car and whisked to a yet to an unknown location.

Shortly after the 2021 elections, Kabuleta started a political party called the National Economic Empowerment Dialogue (NEED). In October 2022, he fully registered NEED as a political party after undergoing all required processes.

According to KFM, NEED replaced the Peoples’ United Movement which was registered in October 2005 with the Independent Electoral Commission.

Shadrach Ogemba who has been the party president officially handed over the party constitution and certificate of registration to the newly elected party President, Joseph Kabuleta.
