Zaake survives beating after female MPs ambushed him

When the NRM female MPs saw Zaake exit the Parliament chambers, they ambushed him in an attempt to beat him up, but the Seargent at Arms & some Opposition MPs rescued Zaake and moved him out.

All is not well for Mityana Municipality Member of Parliament Francis Zaake following his utterances that didn’t go down well with some female Members of Parliament.

Today, the Deputy Speaker of Parliament Thomas Tayebwa has been forced to adjourn Parliament until next week after some MPs attempted to assault Zaake.

The grieved MPs accuse Zaake of making defamatory remarks against MP Kinyamatama, thus prompting the Opposition MPs to shield Zaake from being lynched.

“Hon Zaake has survived today because the female MPs were determined to undress him because what he did was undressing a fellow MP”- Sheema Woman MP Rosemary Nyakikongoro.

Yesterday in Parliament, uliet Kinyamatama (Woman MP Rakai) said the words spoken by Zaake were so repugnant that she couldn’t bring herself to vocalize them. Instead, she requested that a video clip be played in Parliament to expose the derogatory language used.
