Sheebah Karungi welcomes baby boy
Ugandan music sensation Sheebah Karungi, popularly known as Queen Karma, has joined the ranks of celebrity mothers after welcoming a baby boy named Armil.
The joyous news broke on Monday, November 25, when fellow singer and close friend Roden Y Kabako shared a heartfelt message on social media. “CONGS SHEEBAH BABY BOY ARMIL,” Kabako posted, sparking a wave of congratulatory messages across platforms.
Another confidant, Ameria Nambala, confirmed the news in an emotional TikTok video, expressing her happiness for Sheebah and celebrating the arrival of baby Armil. Ritah Dancehall joined in the celebrations, also posting a TikTok video to honor the moment.
Sheebah’s journey to motherhood comes as a surprise to many, given her strong stance in 2022 when she firmly asked people to stop questioning her about having children.
“Get out of my ovaries,” she said, addressing societal pressure on women to bear children. She emphasized that such questions could be deeply hurtful, especially to women facing fertility struggles.
With baby Armil’s arrival, Queen Karma’s story inspires fans, proving that motherhood happens on one’s terms. The music star is yet to make an official statement but remains celebrated for her boldness and authenticity.
