Uganda Cranes Winger Abdul Lumala Returns To Vipers SC Where It All Started For Him

The pacy winger is a graduate of St Mary’s Secondary School, Kitende - the home of Vipers SC -a side that made him known before he hit the European stage in 2015.

StarTimes Uganda Premier League defending champions Vipers SC have announced that they have acquired the services of Uganda Cranes winger Abdul Lumala on a three-year contract.

The winger has been without a club after falling out with his former employer Pyramids, an Egyptian side. Lumala impressed the Egyptian side during the 2019 AFCON.

Lumala becomes Vipers’ sixth signing this window after Lawrence Mulindwa owned team secured the services of Isa Mubiru, Marvin Joseph Youngman, Olivier Omadjondo Osomba, Ashraf Mandela and goalkeeper Alfred Macumu Mudekereza.

Previously, Lumala has played for Mjallby AIF (2015), Kalmer FF (2016-2019), Varbergs BoIS (2017) Helsingborgs IF (2017) , IFK Vernamo (2018), Syrianska FC (2019) and Pyramids (2019).
