BBC Sport reported that Galatasaray, Juventus, and AC Milan were among the clubs considering whether to test United’s resolve over their captain’s future.

Fernandes, who has been a key figure for United since joining the club in 2020, has one year remaining on his current contract, with an option for an additional season.

Despite interest from abroad, Portugal International is understood to prefer staying at Old Trafford, where he continues to play a central role in the team’s plans.

Manchester United view Fernandes as an important leader and are not willing to entertain offers for him as they look to build around their captain ahead of the new season.
